SCA was established in Perth, WA in 2024 by Stuart after working at several of the city's best known studios. With honours degrees in both architecture and engineering, he possesses a broad level of knowledge that is rare in the industry.

 

On a project-by-project basis, SCA collaborate with a small group of trusted professionals - interior designers, engineers, environmental consultants and others, as required by the individual needs of each client.​​

Design Ethos​

The spaces we design are typically open and well-connected to the outdoors. The variety of materials and colours are kept minimal to allow the buildings' form to take central focus, and to promote a sense of uncluttered calm.

Strongly influenced by the best of 20th century modernism, rational order and strong geometry are hallmarks. It is a conviction that a house is made beautiful not just through its form or style, but through the thinking that underpins it and the quality of the craftsmanship that brings it to life.
